Mackenzie, founder and owner of Wireless Consultants, brings over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His early career included working with Verizon Corporate, where he supported the launch of 5G infrastructure, residential internet services, and the company’s B2B transition initiatives.

Today, Mackenzie works closely with leading carriers and providers at the B2B mid-market level, helping connect ISPs and MSPs with high performing, Corporate and network-centric organizations.

The vision behind Wireless Consultants was rooted in a simple principle: aligning customer outcomes with long-term value. Mackenzie recognized a disconnect between large corporate carrier structures and the needs of end clients, where complexity and unethical practices often led to unnecessary costs. His belief was that by prioritizing transparency, efficiency, and right-sized solutions, clients would realize meaningful savings, driving stronger relationships, referrals, and retention.

Rather than representing a single carrier, Mackenzie built Wireless Consultants to operate independently across multiple providers.
